Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation (ANE) Training is a supportive, community-centered program designed to help caregivers, direct support professionals, and families keep the people they serve safe, respected, and heard. Together, we build confidence in recognizing the signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation—and in knowing what to do next. In this training, participants learn how to spot warning signs, reduce risk in everyday settings, and respond calmly and compassionately when something doesn’t feel right. We also cover clear, practical steps for documentation and reporting, so concerns are handled responsibly while protecting dignity, privacy, and individual rights. Whether you’re supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, or anyone receiving in-home or community-based services, ANE Training strengthens a culture of kindness, accountability, and care—so everyone can feel safer and more supported.
